Private Flights
Guest flights to and from Wakatobi are generally scheduled on Mondays and Fridays – depending on the time of year. The flight to the resort departs Bali around 8am and arrives back in Bali around 3pm on the same day. You can view our flight schedule here (*there are some anomalies during the year).
Guests enjoy a seamless and comfortable journey with our exclusive flight services. The private, 2.5-hour flight offers a smooth and direct connection to the resort, complete with in-flight refreshments—snacks, soft drinks, tea, and coffee on the way in, and a full lunch on the return.
Wakatobi prioritizes a stress-free experience from start to finish. Guests enjoy a generous international luggage allowance on all resort flights, coupled with seamless transfers from our private airstrip to the resort, Pelagian dive yacht, and back to Bali. This ensures your belongings remain with you, at no additional cost. This is particularly advantageous for underwater photographers and divers with Closed-Circuit Rebreathers. To further align with your travel plans, combination resort/dive yacht stays are available in 7, 10, 11, or 14-night durations, coinciding perfectly with our weekly flight schedule.
